We work with recruitment businesses in two ways: building software, and advising on the technology decisions behind it. On the development side, that means designing and building tools tailored to how a recruitment business actually operates, rather than forcing a generic system to fit.
On the consultancy side, we help teams think through which systems to invest in, how to bring them together, and how to avoid the common pitfalls that come with adopting new technology in a fast-moving hiring environment.
Alongside our consultancy work, we are also developing our own recruitment application, which will be launching soon.

Jobiveo was launched in London in 2025, with a focus on bringing modern software development and IT consultancy practices to the recruitment sector.
Since then, we have grown beyond our London base and now work with clients across multiple regions, supporting recruitment businesses of different sizes with their technology needs.
Our team combines software engineering expertise with a practical understanding of how recruitment businesses operate day to day, which shapes the way we advise clients and build our own products.
